Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Claims may be subject to the carrier's policies and investigation procedures.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be reshipped once the customer provides a valid shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, the original shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.
